Millgrove welcomes parents to participate at the school. We encourage parents to become involved through parent council and volunteering. There are many opportunities to make a difference!
The school council is an integral part of our school community, acting as an advisory group and liaison between the school and the community we serve. Millgrove School Council supports cultural events, special projects and student learning incentives, as well as a hot lunch program and a milk program.
Volunteers are welcome in many areas of the school. Volunteers are co-ordinated through the council or directly with the teacher.
Millgrove Community Foundation is the fundraising committee for Millgrove School. The foundation financially supports the Council’s initiatives such as Family Dance and Galaxyland Family Fun Night. The major fundraiser is our Annual Spell-a-thon.
