Kindergarten

We are delighted to welcome you and your child to our kindergarten community. At Millgrove School, we believe that “Learning Today Brightens Tomorrow.” This guiding principle inspires everything we do as we work to provide your child with a positive, joyful, and meaningful start to their educational journey by meeting children where they are at and moving them forward.

Our approach focuses on meeting children where they are and nurturing their growth in all areas of learning. We are committed to fostering their development across all domains—social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and creative.

Our school is designed to be a thriving learning environment where children feel supported and inspired to explore, discover, and grow. Through engaging and meaningful experiences, we aim to nurture a love of learning that will serve as a foundation for their future success.

We understand that the first year of school is a pivotal time in your child’s life, and we are dedicated to making it a positive and successful experience. Together, we will help your child build the skills, confidence, and attitudes they need to flourish, both in school and beyond.

Kindergarten is a full day program. Students attend school on either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as on one Friday every other week.

Once you have registered your child for kindergarten, please mark your calendars and your agendas to ensure you know which Fridays your child is to attend school.
